Dual-Extracted Tincture
About Our Lion's Mane Tincture
A liquid extract of Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), made from fruiting bodies plus pure cultivated mycelium, grown on our San Diego farm and dual-extracted in small batches.
What a dual-extracted tincture is
Dual extraction means we pull the compounds two ways: hot water and alcohol. Hot water draws out water-soluble beta-glucans, while alcohol pulls the compounds that water leaves behind. Using both methods gives a fuller-spectrum extract than a single-method tincture.
Fruiting bodies plus mycelium, on purpose
This is the only product where we include pure cultivated mycelium alongside the fruiting bodies. The reason is composition: erinacines occur only in the mycelium and hericenones only in the fruiting body, so a fruiting-body-only Lion's Mane cannot contain erinacines. We cultivate both ourselves and never use myceliated grain or fillers.
Grown and extracted by us
We grow the Lion’s Mane ourselves in San Diego, harvest the fruiting bodies at maturity, cultivate the mycelium separately, and extract in small batches. Every batch is third-party lab tested. No myceliated grain, no imported powder, no fillers.
How to use it
Shake well before use. Use the dropper as directed on the bottle, on its own or added to coffee, tea, or water. Consistency over time matters more than any single serving.
