Mindful Mushrooms was born from one simple belief: if you’re going to take a supplement, it should actually work. That means real mushrooms, grown on our own farm in San Diego, dual-extracted from 100% fruiting bodies. No shortcuts. No fillers.
Why Mindful Mushrooms?
Most mushroom supplements are made from mycelium grown on grain, meaning you’re getting mostly grain starch, not mushroom. Mindful Mushrooms uses only fruiting bodies: the actual mushroom, harvested at peak potency.
We dual-extract every tincture using hot water for beta glucans and polysaccharides, and alcohol for triterpenes and fat-soluble compounds, so nothing beneficial gets left behind.
Every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency. You get exactly what the label says: verified, transparent, and free from heavy metals, pesticides, or additives.

Mushrooms are bio-accumulators: they absorb whatever is in their environment. That’s why growing in-house matters. We control the substrate, the water, the air. No outsourcing. No imported powders. What goes in is exactly what ends up in your tincture.
Growing our own mushrooms also means we harvest at peak maturity, when bioactive compounds like beta-glucans and triterpenes are most concentrated. We then ship directly to you, without the supply chain gaps that degrade potency in mass-market supplements.

What started as a personal obsession with mycology became a mission to bring genuinely effective mushroom products to market: grown in-house, extracted properly, and never cut with filler. When he’s not in the grow room, he’s at local farmers markets sharing the story behind every product.
