Our Story
Mindful Mushrooms is a small-batch mushroom farm based in San Diego, California. We grow, harvest, and process everything ourselves — from cultivation substrates to dual-extracted tinctures.
What started as a curiosity about fungi quickly grew into a mission: make high-quality functional mushrooms accessible to everyone, without the markup or mystery of big supplement brands.
How We Grow
Every mushroom we sell is grown on our farm. We control the process from grain spawn to finished product. Our tinctures are dual-extracted using both hot water and alcohol methods to capture the full spectrum of beneficial compounds — beta-glucans, triterpenes, and more.
We use 100% fruiting bodies in our extracts. No myceliated grain. No fillers. No imported powder.
